Cold-Weather Care: During winter (Dec–March), live plants ship with insulation and $5 warm packs per plant (free on $50+ orders). We ship via 2-day delivery when possible and choose heartier plants for the season. If shipping stress happens, we’re happy to offer store credit with photo requests within 7 days.
If shipping costs are overestimated at checkout, any shipping overages will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping overage refunds are processed within 3 business days of order fulfillment.
