All plants sold are live, natural products and are subject to variation and stress during shipping. We are not responsible for plant damage, delays, or loss caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once a plant has been delivered, Stem Style NY is not liable for plant decline, damage, or death due to care, environmental conditions, or handling.

Live Plant Policy

All plants sold by Stem Style NY are live, natural products. Because of their living nature, slight variations in size, shape, and color are normal and should be expected. By placing an order, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with shipping live plants.

Shipping & Weather Conditions

Once an order has been shipped, Stem Style NY is not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to heat waves, cold temperatures, storms, or other acts of nature. We carefully monitor forecasts and pack plants with care, but we cannot control conditions during transit.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate shipping options and ensuring someone is available to receive the package promptly. Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside of our control.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that plants leave our care healthy and properly packaged. Due to variables during shipping and after delivery, we do not guarantee the long-term health or survival of plants once they arrive.

If a plant arrives clearly damaged or deceased, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Approved resolutions may include a replacement plant or store credit at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Damage caused by extreme weather
Delayed delivery by the carrier
Improper care after delivery
Normal stress from shipping (drooping, leaf drop, soil shifting)

Plant Care Responsibility

Once a plant is delivered, proper care becomes the responsibility of the customer. Each plant has unique care needs, and we encourage reviewing care guidance immediately upon arrival.

Stem Style NY is not liable for plant decline due to overwatering, underwatering, lighting conditions, temperature changes, or environmental stress after delivery.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
